Sagent has over 20+ years of experience in complex field services such as decommissioning services, asset recovery, and asset management; Sagent is committed to optimizing field operations by consolidating efforts across the network to maximize the value of all network and ancillary equipment, while strategically reducing costs tied to disposal and recycling. Sagent provides clients with clear preliminary estimates, timelines, and market site distribution strategies. The project strategy and execution plan will be delivered by Sagent’s experienced team, encompassing a structured outline and defined tasks designed to ensure efficiency, value recovery, and cost control.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Build site map of priority locations based on Client’s input

  2. Assign sites to PMs (multiple) to create schedule to maximize project throughput

  3. Schedule site survey for inventory and equipment power downs (AC/DC and batteries)

  4. Create assets handling pre-assessment playbook, decom plan and schedule de-installation teams

  5. Review playbook and decom plan with Client PM’s

  6. Perform site decoms per developed plan and market requirement

  7. Separate assets and transport for processing to maximize return– Resale/Recycle

  8. Upload operations to BI for real time reporting

HANDLING INVENTORY

  1. Pre-assessment serves as a guide for Field Techs on how to handle each asset

  2. Materials with Market Value: Segregate materials assessed for reuse or resale on-site

  3. Deliver these materials to FSLs for consolidation, packaging, and transport

  4. Send to Client’s designated facility for reuse or Sagent facility for resale

MATERIALS WITH NO MARKET VALUE

  1. Stage coax cabling, antennas, and other recyclable materials

  2. Transport recycling material to R2 certified partner

  3. Issue a Certificate of Destruction for recycled assets

  4. Issue a Certificate of Erasure (if applicable)

Installation & Deployment

  • 5G infrastructure deployment Rack and Stack

  • Network equipment installation (routers, switches, antennas)

  • Customer premise equipment (CPE) setup (modems, set-top boxes)

  • Preventive maintenance of telecom hardware
